Zagaia was born in Portugal in 2023.

 

It was a project started with the aim of creating something new and different in the market so that everyone has the possibility of creating a new style using pieces never seen before.

 

A brand that has its roots in the streets of Southern Portugal now comes to you through the virtual world so that you and everyone else can have your piece without leaving the comfort of your home.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    All standard orders in Portugal will be received 3 to 5 working days after our team confirms that we have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicate will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the complete order when the item arrives. Within EU countries, it will take about 5 working days. If you are located in Portugal and need to speed up shipping, please send us an email first at officialzagaia@gmail.com . We will respond within 24 hours. We currently do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. We currently do not ship outside Portugal and EU countries, we apologise for any inconvenience.
  • How should I care for Zagaia pieces?
    We select and test fabrics to ensure that all pieces can be easily machine washed. That being said, please follow the care instructions for each piece: ⦁ Do not iron over the pattern ⦁ Do not tumble dry ⦁ Wash at 30°C or below ⦁ Do not wring ⦁ Without softener
  • How can I know which size fits me?
    Each product page has a size chart (cm) and a size guide at the end of the product image gallery. If you have any specific questions, feel free to contact us at officialzagaia@gmail.com .
  • How do I place a return or exchange?
    We work hard to ensure you receive best quality product, however if you receive a faulty product we accept returns for 30 days from the date of arrival. To return your faulty item, do email us at officialzagaia@gmail.com If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received the faulty product , unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded. If you are shipping an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your order travels safely us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at officialzagaia@gmail.com.
  • Can I return or exchange an item I bought on sale?
    Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to us through the live chat or email before placing your order.
  • I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size?
    We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange! Otherwise, we only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at officialzagaia@gmail.com
  • Will I receive customs/import duties?
    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the cost would be, since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
